I've come to realize that there are some days when I don't get out and do as much as I'd like or as much as I'm supposed to. Take today, for instance. According to my training program, I was supposed to run 5K but a pulled muscle was hampering my style. I ran less than that and that's gotta be ok. A bad (or short) run is better than no run.
