It's the silly sort of thing that I'd do.

Surely it would have been easier to sew the 1/4 allowance then just cut down the middle instead of unpicking all 32 of them .. .or am I missing something?

hope you put your brain back in gear when you put them back through the machine. lolCrafty Carolinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18213920057966578600noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8119596690600748752.post-90185974822122785572008-03-26T08:46:00.000-05:002008-03-26T08:46:00.000-05:00Believe me, we've all been there! I have a small sampler wall hanging that is half hand quilted already with a mistake in one block. I haven't had the patience to pick out that block and fix it yet. I have been so bad about sewing the darned wrong lines lately that I have forced myself to finish one block right in the beginning. This way I try to work out all the kinks. How did you do that?? Photoshop?? I'm excited to make something on that order for my daughters. I'm starting some Christmas presents early this year!

I love your 'Happy Little Square' framed in black. As a new quilter that's my size of a quilting project. I'm anxious to play with just a square rather than a whole quilt.

Thanks for the inspiration.
JoniYummers!https://www.blogger.com/profile/03214283232145121905noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8119596690600748752.post-80964752925787248642008-03-25T08:59:00.000-05:002008-03-25T08:59:00.000-05:00What is really bad is to discover you have made a ...What is really bad is to discover you have made a mistake, such as sewing a block together wrong, then rip it out and proceed to sew it back together the same wrong way!

Just letting you know we all have done similiar things.

Just came across your blog and think I am going to enjoy it....Rosehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08015780995837712115noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8119596690600748752.post-2029070678395869402008-03-25T06:50:00.000-05:002008-03-25T06:50:00.000-05:00Oh I'm glad someone else does that too. It may not be perfect and you'll have to rip, some, but not nearly as much as all of it.
