For a while I was really dedicated to running and therefore did NO quilting, because after I got home from work, ran on the treadmill and then made dinner I was absolutely exhausted. So then I tried quilting, which means I didn't run on the treadmill. Now I'm doing quite a bit of both, but I think it's sleep that is lacking a little. Either way, I have def kept up with my exercise, I haven't however been good AT ALL at using the website to track it. I'll try harder! BUT....my Dr. told me no aerobic exercise next week, instead lots of stretching, low impact, slow walking. It'll be a nice break...i don't think I've been giving it my all but rather going through the routine. I used to coach people through this kind of stuff all the time, and the ones who were successful in the long run were always the people who were constantly tweaking their routine to make it work for them (and as you know, that changes all the time with new season, new schedule, new work load/assignments, etc.) If you take the long view, little "falling off" blips don't stack up to much so long as you keep on at it.
