Quilting, Quilting and more Quilting

Those are my words for the week.
I finished two quilts with the new Mod Squad fabric designed by Dan Stiles for Birch fabrics.
The fabric is darling! Sorry I can't show the whole quilt right now.
With Steve out of town I was able to move all the furniture in the living/dining room and get some quilts basted last night.  I have to create chaos to baste quilts, but now I've got quilting to do.  Yippee!

  1. Ugh, basting quilts. The worst part of the job in my opinion. However....the end results are always worth it. This quilt looks so cute! Have fun with the others and can't wait to see your progress!

And it is chaos here to baste quilts too. That's why I just make Morgan help me!

  6. I am so glad that I have two longarms because even just quilting the lines for the strap on a bag I'm making on my domestics is enough to drive me batty. I don't know how people can stand quilting on domestics. The time! It looks wonderful!
