  9. I just love that dog of yours. Reminds me of my Dad's dog when I was growing up.

He bought a purebred Black Lab to use as his ever faithful hunting dog. My Dad took that dog out and trained her in the water for months prior to duck hunting season and practiced teaching her to jump into the marshy water areas to retrieve his ducks he'd shot down by using the duck decoys. Hunting day finally arrives and Dad takes his faithfully trained hunting dog with him happily to finally show all his buddies what a well trained hunting dog looks like. He shot his first duck and Candy (yes all hunting dogs are named silly names like that you know) and then told her to go retrieve that duck. Candy got super excited and jumped into the water and just as she had been trained to do.............attached her mouth softly onto the duck and started swimming back to Dad.........to give him the entire line of his duck decoys he'd set into the water to attract the ducks. HA My Dad NEVER lived that down as long as he lived, especially with his hunting buddies.

I'm sure your adorable dog is MUCH smarter. Afterall, yours can drink from a bottle. :)

  10. Our black lab mix Farley LOVED an empty water bottle as well. I think because it 'screamed' nicely when crunched. Thanks for sharing the fur body love.

  13. HI bruno!!! I have a dog (fat gal) who goes nuts over plastic bottles (2 liter or water) she plays with them from one end of the house to the other. You look much calmer with your bottle than her!!

  15. oh, my dogs just love water bottles too - they love to take the caps off of them! We have to make sure not to leave full ones where they can get them! Does yours *drink* from the bottle? He is SO stinkin' adorable!!!
