Orange Crush Revisited

I do actually finish things.
This is a remake of the 'Orange Crush' quilt I sold. I've missed it. I wanted one of my very own. It so fits with my orange sectional.

Said goodbye to my youngest yesterday. He's back in St. Paul ready for the fall semester.

Excuse me while I brag. He's a fabulous musician, composer, arranger, music producer...Quincy Jones in the making.
He's a DJ too...he's got a BIG gig in a Minneapolis club tonight.
You're going to rock the house, J.
(Pictures by Jon's friend Baylee Bishop , a soon to be famous photographer!)
Miss you already!

Sure understand what you are going through with son being away at school. Our daughter is 3,000 miles away from us...so hard to let go.

I so-o-o-o-o-o love Orange Crush!! That is a gorgeous quilt. I've never been a big fan of orange in the past, but I must admit I'm getting the itch to use it in a quilt!!

I love Orange Crush! Orange and grey is a colour combination that has grown unto me. Might be a project in orange and grey some day.

Orange Crush looks right at home!
Let me know the next time Jon has a gig - my kids just moved back to Twin Cities and may want a new place to visit.
