Angela quilted it much like daddy cogs. Simply fabulous! Click on over to Ang's blog and see her new book. We could all benefit from Angela's expertise and advice!
I hung daddy in the hallway gallery. It's fun to change quilts often. I hate to have quilts stored away!
Attended my first meeting of the Chicago MQG yesterday. All I can say is it's a great group of really talented folks. I'm so happy to be a part of it. I've missed my guild and I could tell right away that I was going to feel at home here. Can't wait for January!

Absolutely gorgeous!!! I would love this pattern :o)
I may have missed it, but how are you attaching/hanging your quilts? Did you add a sleeve? Use pins/clamps?
Thanks!
Wonderful!
The quilt is gorgeous. I'm blown away by the quilting.
It goes perfectly in that room! Lovely finish.
I love those spiky cogs!!!
Wow, the CMQG logo is divine. Glad you made it to the meeting and have started building your Chicago quilt connections. I bet they are thrilled to have you join them!
This is stunning. Did you ever find a few minutes (lol) to write the pattern? I've visited CMQG once, and loved the group... just a wee bit too far for me to get to but its a great group.
Just so beautiful and the quilting is fabulous and like everyone else wondered if there is to be a pattern ? My niece saw daddy quilt and asked for the quilt pattern for her 21st. A quilt I could make (lol) while I wait very impatiently for you book. Hoping the pre orders arrive early! .
Love the baby cog. sure would like the pattern. My daughter is graduating from high school in June and i'd love to make her this pattern for when she leaves for college in the fall. It's beautiful.

I LOVE your headboard. Where did you get it?

This quilt is amazing!! And I must say, I talked to you for a while at the beginning of the CMQG without having any idea that I already knew who you were! :) Glad to have you as a part of the group! Nothing like upping the bar by adding a mega-prolific quilter to our group!!
I think this is my favourite quilt of yours. You had mentioned that you might create a pattern for this, has that happened yet?
