My new class on Craftsy is live today. Use this link to get $10 off! It's all about the quilting with the walking foot. I'd had fun filming it and I hope you enjoy it too. Hope to see you there!
I just signed up! I just bought an older book by Mary Mashuta about the same topic so between the two of your, hopefully I'll be on my way to quilting some of my quilt tops!!
How funny is this?! The project I'm working on right now, i want concentric circles for, and I was like, ugh, i'm terrified of free motion, and i suck at it, i'll send it to the long armer, but now i can learn how to do it with my walking foot. YOU ARE THE BEST!
Really excited to take this class and learn all your 'secrets'! Your walking foot quilting is really wonderful. It comes at a good time, as I am on a big 'improve the machine quilting' thing right now....Congrats!
Thanks for doing the class on quilting with the walking foot. I love quilting that way and have felt pressure to do the FMQ thing. I feel better knowing I can learn new techniques with my tried and true walking foot!
Thank you so much for posting the news and discount link! I've just registered. I did FMQ with my first quilt and used the walking door to make spiraling squares with my second - and far preferred the walking foot! Just about to start quilting my newest quilt and will take your class
I just signed up and although I have only watched the very first part I can tell you I will enjoy it. I am a hand quilter who occasionally machine quilts but I only like straight lines, I hate swirlys all over a quilt so i hope to pick up some pointers from you.

I purchased the class this morning. I am really enjoying it. You are a great instructor.
Yay! Have waited soooo long for the serpentine stitch!
Ok! I did it! I'm taking several on-line free motion quilting classes, so why not add a Walking foot method to the mix!? See you there soon!

You're welcome Chrissy. FMQ is too fussy for me. I love the simplicity and texture that walking foot quilting creates. Enjoy!
Yup, me and my walking foot are best friends.....sounds like a fabulous class!!!

P.S. I thought I read that you live in Chicago. Will you be at The Chicago Quilt Festival?
