An Apron Girl?

Nope, I'm not an apron girl, but at QuiltCon, staff are going to wear aprons so attendees can identify us (in addition to our nametags and very cool walkie talkies!) So, I went about making an apron.  I decided to go for Chicago style and chose to use plain canvas and Chicago designer, Jessica Jones' fabric for the tie and pocket.
I winged it on the pattern and made it simple with one long pocket divided into three sections.  Hopefully it will work for me.
So, look for me at QuiltCon...apron girl!

  12. The best aprons are the simple ones! Great fabric, too. In addition to your super-official walkie-talkie and event badge, I've got your CMQG nametag stitched out for you - see you at QuiltCon!

  15. Now that is a very smart looking apron..they don't have to be all frilly or hoaky...or like Cheryl said...no vest! Just Say No To The Vest!!!! I think it is very cool that you used a designer from your area!
