I'm so excited and proud....the first project of 2008 that is completely finished. Square Motion is wallhanging size and at this point I have no idea what I'm going to do with it. This was my first attempt at doing something improvisationally. I'm especially pleased with the hand quilting. Ok...enough already! On to the the other WIPs.
This came out so great. I agree it is so much easier to do these types of quilts without a pattern. It kind of doesn't even make sense that there are patterns out there for making off centered type quilts. But, on the other hand I too have that book and enjoy it immensely- just for the inspiration and the basic how to of the quilts--then I tend to roll with it on my own no patterns.

No pattern. I did this right after I bought Denyse's book. It's soooo much fun to work without a pattern. Thanks for the comments!
