Try It All

I finally got to my computer this morning and lo and behold I had loads of suggestions to try to fix this quilt. It was just like having my own quilting consulting firm. Fantastic. I'm going to give all of these a try later today. I want to say thanks for the ideas. It's so helpful when you're stuck to have someone else's eyes. Any one else want to weigh in...feel free. It needs help! Thanks again everyone!

meant to ask you before...would it be alright if i added your blog to my sidebar favorites? let me know...niteyshift@comcast.net...andi think the black sashing looks great...the idea of framing the wonky blocks with a thin sashing of red and then the black would be gorgeous...

You did get some good advice. I think I agree with the trimming of the white fabric, maybe you could trim and square off the white so that the wonkiness was just with the inner squares. But whatever you decide, I'm sure it will look great!

I looked again at your photo but it looks like the white is squared off, never mind...don't listen to me ;)

I love blogland - there are so many lovely helpful and caring people out there!
I love the quilt below. Goodluck with it - I can't wait to see the end result.
