Wonderful building! Gee. This has been awhile. I remember your initial comments. Maybe we can take up a collection for the "grease palm" fund. "Money talks...". Or sic Bruno on the City Bureaucrats.

Maybe call the mayor and offer him the quilt of his choice for his approval of passage into the new condo.
