No wonder Santa's so jolly, living in a village like that. Maybe this Christmas he'll bring you a table for that runner.

And definitely a polka dot binding!

I had a chocolate lab. His name was Buddy. We rescued him from an unfortunate life when he was just over a year. He was my special friend. My first dog as an adult. I was a single girl and he was everything to me. We lost him when he was 11 to cancer. Now we are in the midst of watching his 'brother' grow old... I miss him. (Your quilt tester is a chocolate lab, yes?)

Oh, look at that chocolate colored dog. How sweet and how wonderful to have him in your life. Love the top blocks..looks like another city with little inroads to me, where people can say, "Hi, how ya doing? May I borrow a cup of sugar? Do you have a stick of butter?"

I'm not sure to the colors I had chosen (I'm pretty confused now to choose the fabric's color for the connection between blog (sashing?), maybe you could (please..) give a comment on it. Thanks.

Was going to read through your comments, but my heck there's a lot. I vote for the floral on the house roof for the binding. ;o) The Santa's workshop is so DANG CUTE! I echo Madge; "can I be you" ;o) Your profile say's you're a beginning quilter?! O.K. time to change that one. I have a long dining room table. Just in case you wanted to know. LOL. ooxx`jod
